-We allow a 10 minute grace period for tardiness. Anything past 10 minutes is subject to a late fee and time deducted from service. If you are running later than 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled due to other client appointments.

-Please call to reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well atleast 24 hours before your appointment. We give grace for illness as we understand this is not in your control. Please let us know as soon as you start feeling unwell so that we can rebook your appointment for a time when you are able to fully enjoy your experience.
